Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels with an emphasis on modifications to make class enjoyable and achievable for all.


All Levels Vinyasa Flow Build strength as you flow from one posture to the next fully connected to breath and intention. This class is a beautiful mixture of fluid movement and balance to create inner awareness, power, and calm. Posture, alignment, and breathing techniques are explained in detail so you can practice with confidence and clarity. Clear modifications offered for both the beginner yogi and seasoned practitioner. 60 minutes.

Slow Flow/Restorative Pause, breathe, soften. Slow it down with a gentle class focused on inviting peaceful energy into the body. Mindful transitions focus on enhancing flexibility, balance, and calm in the mind as well as the body. Using props and hands-on assists, your teacher will lead you through longer-held poses designed to support and create space. Modifications offered for all levels and physical conditions. 60 minutes.

Guided Meditation Access a state of total relaxation, mental clarity, and inner awareness as your teacher guides you through this 20 minute meditation focusing on breath and body. Relieve stress and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. 

Express Class Any of the above classes can be customized to fit your busy work schedule. 20, 30, and 45 minute classes available.
